Base 003 base of the room between the pipes and other machine it is on the floor.
The rubber mat is on the floor of the little bridge to the right of the 4 giant copper pipes in sector 003.
Yes the many is in sector 003 and you go up the ramp and it's to your right where the pipes are and the bit to go to the green panels on the floor yes both were right thanks
Rubber mat location is front of remote control of water suply room 003 ( on the floor )
