You recharge buy buying energy from the "Recharge" menu at the top of your world map (this costs coins) and you can recharge by winning matches (this requires an ever increasing amount of skill)...
You can use game CIH to unlimited recharge
You can also go to the options menu and click restart it resets all the stuff you spent coins on and you start at lvl 1 but it's free
