Question for Reigns: Game of Thrones

How to achieve “Romance”, "Liar" and "Mad Queen"? These last three Royal Deeds I have totally no clue!

I got The Liar by playing as Tyrion. At some point Arya asks you to play a game of faces. The way I answered was I am a simple man, I hate everyone, I am powerful, It was an accident and I hate myself. Those choices gave me the achievement.

I have not figured out the Mad Queen but the hint was betray both your brothers.

Romance has to do with you accusing someone of stealing your crown and killing them and then later his scorned lover leaves a note she framed him.
