No, you either buy the coins with real money and buy the chapter tickets, or get it as a present from the admin. Other than that, you have to wait. I know, it's really irritating :(
When I start playing this, I got the 5 tickets that they gave you at the beginning but I didn't use them, and when I went to play the next day... I had 50 tickets... But I don't remember buying them... I hope I didnt buy them -_- has anyone have this before??
