Question for Farming Simulator 18

How and when can you sell the livestock once they start reproducing?
I have yet to figure out how to load them in the trailer.

Buy an animal trailer. Drive the trailer to the trigger with the animal icon. Press circle. Press load for every animal you want to sell. Once done press dpad button down and choose to sell (price per animal)
