How do you get through the stage where Quagmire is trying to swing on vines to get to Lois? I keep falling off before the tribal going up and down the tree. Please help!

Sometime you have to go up the vine before swingging, somtime you rather go down the vine before. In both cases wait for the best time (when the opposite vine is coming back)to jump
