Question for Crime City

So I got my HTC ONE X on this past Black Friday and in the past couple of days it's sayin that my Internet connection is no good but I've bn using wifi and my web service bars are completely full and when I trie to attack sumbody it acts like I'm out of stamina or whoever I'm tryin to attack is even when I try to go to their hood
It says that they can't fight because they're already too beat up also when I try to deposit money n the bank or withdraw it it tells me to delete the app n reinstall it so I did n then a short time after it starts doin it again cld sumbody plebes tell me what the problem is n how I can fix it...
