Rainbow level 4069. How do you get the middle two squares, I tried booster and that didn't work?

Cookie Jam Tips:
1. We start by moving and matching at the bottom level, this seems to be the best way to start every round.
2. Try to create as many cookie clearing combos as possible.
3. Create a match next to immovable ingredients to crumble them.
4. Keep making matches until the goal recipe is complete.
5. Earning at least one star on a level unlocks the next challenge
6. Don’t forget to use your Power-ups if you find yourself stuck.
