Reach a rating level of 10, I played one season with Brentford and have reached level 6

Just play both club mode and international mode.Instead of playing only the club mode/international mode,play both to increase your level.This way you can earn lots of points and manage your favourite clubs . Like Barça and lame Real Madrid with girly Fartnaldo.
You will have to keep playing the game at least until level 10 I stay with same club until I retire so when you restart game at the beginning you keep all upgrades to staff and players
Just invite 5 friends from facebook. I got my coaching badge that way when I was at level 1

3-4-3 is a good formation as you will only have 3DC, 1ML ,2MC,1MR and 3ST. So you can get by on less players again.
