Other day I was playng someone on line.. And everytime it was my turn to shoot, it was like someone was physically messing with not only the cue ball but my cue stick also,, and each time this would happen he would do the He He He, also it seemed as if he could not pause the game but delay it like, when it was his turn,

This is down to a minor glitch which makes the opponent move the ball around not just for him but for you. He actually doesn't know that he can do that until he goes into the game as it's a glitch.
