If you hold L + R while pressing A in the Café Museum before selecting a song for the music player you will be able to play drums with the song (the D-Pad, A, B, X, Y and L, R buttons create different drum sounds.) Press and hold L + R + B simultaneously for a few seconds to exit the player during this mode.
