This is not a cheat but it will help
Give the miis the same item.keep changing ones birthday and see if there compatdible on the mii tester thing.(100% for me was 1/1 and 10/2) put their rooms right next to eachother and if it's your look a like AKA you want to give them a partner make their relation ship to you "spouse"
These are not cheats but they will help. Put their apartments right next to eachother . Give them the same items when they level up. Change their birthdays till it's a good match( I did 1/1 and 10/2 and got a 100%) if your trying to get your look-a-like a partner change their related to you to "spouse"
Not unless you use the Citra emulator. However, plane tickets will work, although the mii in question might select someone else to go on a trip with. Other than that, the only solution is to give it time. Placing apartments together might work. I am not sure.
