I Don't think it can happen in one day, I'm still waiting for a baby for one of my couples (Links And Heather) and they were married 812 and yesterday I just told them that they should have a kid. Im trying to hurry them up cause now my parents' miis are going to have a kid that I didn't want them to. (I missclicked and said yes instead of no) But I'm trying the time traveling, then seeing if speeding up days, then save, then return back to the real date would work. Of course, I could always delete the baby I didn't want to have in the game, or disable having babies and so then if My parents' miis want to have a kid, say no to them and yes to Links and Heather. If speeding up this works, thats how i'll do it from now on. But like I said, Having a baby in one day seems like it couldn't happen.
