Are there any known cheats to retrieve an island that has been inadvertently deleted?

No.Once you deleted your file you cannot get it back.

I don't want to belive that it is gone. I amreqreting deleting my island and I wasnt it it back.

I feel your pain! I just deleted it, but I instantly regretted it after the heartbreaking end. I just want my island back. :(
