Can miis make friends without asking you?

Because sometimes, I find my miis hanging out with other miis that I don't remember ever introducing them to. Unless it's just my terrible memory.

I don't think so, however I do see that too. The only time you'd see the two miis you don't think are friends hanging out at each other's apartments would be if they are also with a mutual friend they both have.

I don't think so because they might just be two strangers hanging out for no reason. I really don't know how to explain but it's kind of understandable.

Yes. They can I hadn't been on the game for a month and the new then friendless miis I added before had loads of friends

Yes, even if your not playing the game I finally started playing, my mii and my sister were friends again and I was so happy because they got in a fight before and my mii refused to make up and they weren't friends anymore, and also other miis randomly made lots of friends without my permission that I know they weren't friends with after a couple of months.

Yes you can. I had three characters, and the first ended up making friends with the third. I DEFINITELY DID NOT see a friend sign on their window
