After you beat the water temple, head to Kakariko Village.After the cutscene, go to the temple of time and go to Kakariko Villiage as a child.Go in side the windmill there,and you will see a man who plays an instrument(You can also learn this song as an adult after you beat Dampe in a race).Go in front of the man,get out your Ocarina and he teaches you a song.After you play the song,the well water will go away.Go down the well.You should be in a place called "Bottom of the well" now.Kill the skulltula.Youll see a skull next to a wall.The wall is fake.Go through it, and walk all around the new room until you see a fountain.Sing zeldas lullaby and the water will shut off.Now go back to the begginning of the room.Drop down into the hole,and crawl into the little space.Kill the skulltula in the new room.Climb up and go through the door.it's mini-boss time!To kill the dead hand,you need to hit him in his head when he comes down.Just watch out for his hands.Open the treasure chest after you killed the dead hand and you will find the lens of truth.Teleport to the temple of time now.Now become an adult.Play the song that sheik taught you earlier.You will be in the graveyard.Go throught the passage in front of you to a place full of torches.For this part,you need to have the magic spell dins fire.Use it in the middle of the room on the platform.A door will open.Enter and you will be in the shadow temple.
