The Fire Temple. Visit Goron City first. You can also do the Big Poe Hunt (catch the Big Poes that are scattered around the Field and give them to the Poe Shop Owner).

You must go to the Fire Temple which is located on top of Death Mountain. In order to go into the Fire Temple, you must first go to Goron City, which is also on Death Mountain. On the second floor, there will be a Goron that keeps rolling around. If you throw a bomb in front of him at the right time, he will stop. He will then tell you a story, and you get the Red Tunic. You put on the tunic, and you can go into and finish the Fire Temple, thus finding the second Sage.
