How do you get Epona if you don't have the Epona's song?
I forgot to Get it and now I'm adult like and can't! HELP!!

Beat the Forest Temple, then return to the Temple of Time and become a child again. Get the song and then become an adult again.

You have to become a kid again. Go to the ranch, and talk to malon. (She is is in the field.) take out the ocrina, and she will teach you the song. Then become an adult, and go to the ranch. Play the song to epona, get on. Go talk to the guy at the gate. Then get off, leave, then come back, and get on epona again (you have to play the song). Talk to the guy again, and he will challenge you to a race. Once you beat him, he will challenge you again. Race him again. He will lock you in the ranch, if you win. Ride on epona to one of the side walls at a fast speed. Epona will jump, and you will be free. Hope it helps!
