Do you mean Big Arms? If so:

First, he'll start attacking you from above. He stops for about 5 seconds. That's your chance to attack. He'll do this for about four times, then he'll start standing near you and attacking. Dodge him three times, and he'll start charging at you. That's also your chance. If you mange to hit him three times, he'll do the same thing he did after the first four hits, hand charging three times, then the full-body charge and chance to attack.

Talking about the Time Eaters hands ? Well.....If you wanna dodge them it's simple!All you have to do is: as soon as you Eggman says "Take that" he'll send arms so they when come up to you ,control pad and B(A) will be beeping so move quickly and you can dash to Time Eater!Did I help you well?

You don't HAVE to dodge the hands just keep holding Y and keep going through the ring circles you'll get there it's actually pretty easy
