Question for Secret Mysteries in London

I'm stuck on the finger print iv tryed everything it says to do but no luck all I get is a code. Can any one help.

Spray to reveal two sets of prints, one in red and one in black. Use the pencil to trace each set of prints, one set at a time. You can spray multiple times.
