I am stuck where there is a blotting pad and you have to use something first to spray on the blotting pad and then use the pencil the outline to find what the answer is.

The two cross pieces are easy enough. The letter C is used in the north/south/east/west but in different positions ie mirror image. There is a diamond shape in the middle of the two cross pieces.
