Quick Cash?

Is there any way to earn quick cash in the game? Some of these item prices are outrageous & something to help would seriously be appreciated. Thanks!

I agree there are some EXPENSIVE items (I'm looking at you Sylphie's Dress). I don't think this really counts as "quick cash" per se, but the "Retire" option on the X Button menu when no characters are selected not only brings you back to the last intermission but it also allows you to keep ALL OF THE GOLD YOU EARNED during the chapter you retired in. I'm in the process of my 2nd play-through on New Game+ and I'll be trying to get that Dress. So let's say you want to buy something expensive like Sylphie's Dress or something. Just enter the next chapter, defeat as many enemies, especially bosses and mini-bosses, and try to land AS MANY HITS as possible with every encounter (because you get a 10% increase to the amount of Gold you receive for every 10 hits you land; nullifying weight or having attacks that keep the enemy in place without Cross Hits, e.g. Demitri/Morrigan Down + A action, can be useful).

If it is a particularly difficult chapter, I recommend not using the Special attacks and instead try to execute Mirage Cancels to get another chance to attack (or mor if you are playing in New Game+). For that, skills and items that reduce the amount of XP used by Mirage Cancels would be helpful. The same goes with Multi-Specials unless you are confident that you can defeat all of the enemies selected AND if it is a Multi-Special that happens to he many times. Also, remember to often use skills or equip items the increase the amount of Gold you earn. Try to leave at least one enemy alive and just select the "Retire" option and keep all of the Gold you just earned.

That's something that I came up with the other day and I'll be trying to put things into action.
