More Master Balls?
Is there any other way to obtain a Master Ball other than from Gladion? I know there is the Loto-ID thing but that's probably going to be pretty hard to win. Are they the only two ways to obtain Master Balls?

In-game, the only way to obtain multiple Master Balls is indeed through the Loto-ID. Master Balls are also sometimes given away through events, but said events usually only occur in Japan.
Despite this, the best way to obtain more is simply to trade with another player that has multiple of them.
