When your yearly subscription to Pokemon Bank expires, can you renew it if you do not have a 3DS associated with your Pokemon Bank account, and if so, how? Also, how long until all your Pokemon disappear if you do not renew your subscription?

You should be able to renew it with any console in the 3DS family, as long as they use the same Nintendo Network ID. Pokemon will never disappear from the Pokebank, even if left without a subscription, so you can leave it like that for as long as necessary.
