Well Really Just Try And Collect The Coins That Are Easiest To Get. Then On The Next Lap Collect The Other Ones You Missed. If This Isn't Good Enough Just Keep Playing Grand Prix.

My own proper way that nintendo told me and my friends about this was to do either the mushroom cup a ton of times in 50cc to get a ton of coins or the banana cup
The same thing but it's shorter and harder.

Either play grand prix on play online. You can't get coins in time trials.
