Go to the other garden at Olivia's house (it's off to the left). Use the dog to sniff out and dig up a white piece. Take this back to the treehouse. Then use the robot to turn the thing at the bottom and the ladder will come down.
How do you get Oliva's Tools? She is making me MAD!!!!!!!!
After you find the chest with the lever in it switch to the robot pet and it will lower the ladder
