They will only like it if you have high grade products in your garden. It also helps if you grow flowers mainly for your garden, as they seem to raise the most points for your garden.
You can't have the same stuff in your garden every month or it will bring down the ratings. Also, there are a variety of themes and bonus points you can get for having different sets of items in the garden space at the same time.
