Complete Single Player with the Beam ability.
Rare Beetle Hat:

Rare Bell:
Complete Single Player with the Bell ability.
Rare Bomb Hat:
Complete Single Player with the Bomb ability.
Rare Cutter Helmet:

When you reach the final boss in Single-Player mode under the Very Hard difficulty setting an extended cinematic with King DeDeDe will play and you will fight on an alternate retro version of the 'Fountain Of Dreams' stage.
