Rainbow Moon is a role playing game with a strong emphasis on exploration across a beautiful, isometric, open world, deep character development and tactical turn-based battles. The protagonist of the game, Baldren, finds himself stranded on a mystical satellite aptly known as Rainbow Moon. The same dimensional rip that deposited him there also brought a plethora of monsters to the once serene moon, and it’s up to him, along with the various characters that join him on his adventure, to rid the moon of its unwelcome new inhabitants before getting back home. Rainbow Moon is filled with exploration, turn-based battles, and character development and is available on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Vita. Take a look at our tips to get help in the game.

It is important to know that the Coin-Finder ability only works in the field when your leader is equipped with it. The only time other members of the party will benefit from the Coin-Finder ability is when they also have it equipped, otherwise they will not gain a benefit when they pick up treasure in battle. It is therefore recommended that you equip Baldren or your leader with the Coin-Finder ability and have them pick up all bags in combat.
It is essential in Rainbow Moon that you have a good knowlege of how enemies move and their abilities as it will help you to easily maneuver to an advantageous spot which you can defend. Useful things to know about enemies are do they have sub turns, do they cause an ailment, and what is the range and damage of their special attacks.
Certain enemies such as the Golems will only target one character, in the case of the Golems they will go straight for the archer that you recruit. Take advantage of this by moving your archer around your main character so your main character can easily dispose of the Golems.
Make sure that whenever the Food Rain ability comes up on cooldown you use it, even when you do not need any food. The reason for this is that you can always sell extra food. As you level Food Rain up you will get better food per cast from it and eventually it will enable you to earn lots of money.
Except on Moon Day you should look to avoid random encounters in Rainbow Moon. The reason for this is that on Moon Day the monsters you encounter will be easier to defeat and it is essential that you take advantage of this to spam your skills in order to level up and gain plenty of Moon Pearls. Imps in particulare are easy to kill for Moon Pearls and a good strategy is to battle groups of them near a healer.
