Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel How to Unlock Secret Packs Guide

Secret Packs in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel is the easiest way to get rare and powerful cards for a particular deck. This How to Unlock Secret Packs Guide will tell you how you can get the cards you desire from Secret Packs.

Buying Secret Packs at the Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel ingame shop is the easiest and most cost-effective way to get the cards you really want as they guarantee at least four cards in a pack that will be built around a specific archetype. Pulls cost 100 Gems, and while you might end up with duplicates, you can always feed those to the crafting machine.

How to Unlock Secret Packs

At the ingame shop there are three card pack options, there are however dozens of hidden card packs that are not available to everyone. To access these card packs you must first unlock them which is achieved by getting keys from opening other packs. When you open a standard Master pack, there is a chance that a card can drop a key. These keys are dropped from many Super Rare and Ultra Rare cards.

Once a key is dropped and the card pack is opened, you will have access to the Secret Pack associated with the card that dropped the key. Keep in mind that these packs are only available for 24 hours after they have been unlocked. Once that time has elapsed, they need to be unlocked again.

How to get Secret Packs from Crafting

Keys for Secret Packs don't only drop from pulling SR or UR cards, they also appear from crafting cards, which is done by crafting one card from a deck you want to play. After the card has been crafted, the key for that secret pack will unlock. If you unlock a secret pack for the first time this way, you will receive a free pack of it too. Once the Secret Pack has been unlocked either from getting a key from a Master Pack or by crafting a card, you will be able to buy as many packs as you want in the 24 hour time period. Once the 24 hours is up, you can simply craft another SR or UR that exists in that pack to unlock it again.
