Use the settings listed below with a rented Bugatti Veryron Super Sport in Free Play mode to easily get 'Record Breaker' Achievement.

Rewind: Off

Once you have completed several turns at the start you will reach a long straight track that will enable you to go over 260+ MPH. If you now finish the lap without rewinding you will get the 'Record Breaker' Achievement.
