The following video will show you how to complete Memory Sequence 11 without being seen and get this Achievement. However if you are seen the enemy vision cone will turn yellow or red and you have to restart the checkpoint. You can throw fire crackers and noise darts to distract enemies but do not throw daggers at them as they will automatically detect you if you do.
