If you use the "behind the scenes" glitch, then you can walk around behind the skate and accessories building, once that happens turn right and head on until you see the back of the fountain the naked lady used to be in. When you get there, there will also be a horseshoe shaped hedge. Jump into the hedge and it will appear like there are two of you and if you a trick timer on it will freeze but it will still tick.
