Well, you click start then, you click Lt, Lb, Rt and Rb.(All at the same time!) Then, it will say, enable cheats? Click yes and then you will have unlimited money and you will be able to use a few Karma powers.

Hey to create to create your own house all you have to do is go to the map and press replace on your home lot. Then go to the the one that says emty legacy that should get rid of the house you have already. Then go to build and buy mode.walls are on build. That should help get started and how your house looks is up to you.
