Unlock Teh Internets
To perform the following requires an active connection to Xbox Live and a Gold membership. If you have those requirements collect 20 bandages in the main game and a message will state that you have unlocked 'Teh Internets'. If you then go to the 'Chapter' selection screen and select that option at the far-left you will access Team Meat and new levels.
