You can unlock the rock I have wwe'12 wii version and I unlocked him by beating outsider story od road to wrestlemania

If you pre-ordered the game WWE '12, you would've gotten a code to unlock the rock. Or you can buy the version from best buy. They already have the code unlocked so that you don't need no pre-order
