How do I get the tiger and owl?

Does anyone know how I can get the tiger, vulture and the owl?

I no how to get it the owl on just for fun mode.
THE ANSWER IS.
In order to get in on just for fun mode you have to plant a tulip in the garden and a SHERBAT will apere ones in is a resedendt wait then a owl will apere.
