Give him money or get the dinosaur or a dragonache to scare him away

You can also use the Limoceros, it will rush at him and make him fly out of youre garden! Also you can not us the dinosaur (Chocodoculus), he wont do anything, the Dragonache will though, he will fight and always wins.

You can't trade to fire red I don't think, it might be unable to it says something to you because can't trade Pokemon from hoenn.

You can hit him with your shovel I think. A Crow thing might stop him too but that might be dastardos
