You need to become a master romancer at horstachio (easy way to become a master at any animal is to just have 7 of thenm in your garden) then you will unlock the unicorn. Now you just have to attrac it with a fully grown gem tree & 15 gems
Can you just buy the gems?
-Horstachio Master Romancer award
For the chewnicorn to visit:
-Have a gem tree in your garden
For residency:
-it has to eat 15 gems
-and you have a full grown gem tree in the garden
