Why don't the full stats, perfect manual ,always special, perfect rail, and unlimited focus cheats work? Is there a way that I have to enter them?

I'm having the same problem, so I looked around and all I can gather is that they were disabled because of achievements and xbox live and all that. I could be wrong but it makes alot of sense, even though it's sort of unfair to 360 gamers.
