Does anyone have the gap pipe a chuy in downtown? If you do please tell me because it's the last gap I need in the game........

You know the Graffiti Tunnel? Go there. There is a blue awning across from it (next to the fountain). Grind on the top of it and gap across the street and grind the blue ledge. Voila.
