To get the grapple you must use the Laptop in the Computer Room, and the grapple comes out of the wall. To get the gun I think it's on the left as you enter Lara's room, and pull the two dagger switch things.
I can't remember the bino's, and the switch in the pool, helps you get the rewards in that room. And the latch door thing leads you outside.

To get the grappel use the laptop in zip's room. To get the guns they are in lara's room, pull a switch. To get the binoculars, go into the library. One of the walls are weak, shoot at it until it breaks, there is a bookcase inside. Pull the bookcase onto a panel next to the desk. The other one is on a shelf next on the right of the desk. Shoot the grappel at it and pull. It falls off the shelf. Drag it onto the other panel near the desk and the binocs rise out of the desk or floor or summin. The switch in the pool is to open a gate that leads to the gym but there are two gates. If you need help go to www.gametrailers.com and they half helpul vids.
