Question for The Sims 3 Pets

What is the best way to complete the "neighborhood watch" (declare a burglar as your nemesis) challenge. Is there something I can do to get a burglar to come to my house straight away, and can I use another one of my sims to become a burglar in the theft career and declare them a nemesis, or do I just wait in a small house with less than like five thousand simoleons, Until a burglar finally shows up? Please answer for Xbox version.

The more your house is worth the more likely it is to get robbed. Make sure not to have a security system. Also having spent most of your money to have less in the bank at the bottom left would help. Maybe go meet a LOT of people and if their career is criminal, and make them angry. Or you could try to get one of your sims to.. But they would have to move out. You can't rob your own house.

My theory is that you arent rich enough or you don't have anny grudges with burgalurs
