I have lost the manual with the code in it needed to play sims 3pets- is there any way of playing the games and getting it back on my computer with out this code

This is for Sims 3 pets xbox. Not pc/mac.. You could buy a new one. But first I suggest looking it up on the EA website for help https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask?sso_r..
