I have to invent a crafted toy but can't seem to find a work bench?? Please help!

Go to build and buy and go to activies and skills it should be there but it is about 600 simulions.

Go to build and buy mode, go all the way down to the "entertainment" Section. Click, "Hobbies and Skills" And the very last thing should be "Sctaptronic Workbench" For $1,250 simoleons. Hope it helped
