Question for The Sims 3 Pets

My sims can't get married, the bar is full and still no option to purpose! Any ideas what to do now?

Did you get Romatic with that Sim? You have to keep using Romantic options on them until it becomes an option(I recogmend getting the never null thing so you don't risk screwing up.(How to get that...Press X go to Sim info, switch to lifetime rewards, click lifetime Rewards and get the never dull it costs 5,000 lifetime rewards. Easy to get!)After you have really Romanced that Sim it should finally be a Romantic option and the rest should be too. Hope this helps!

Hey. I had this same problem.. I went to the lifetime awards and chose the "mid-life crisis" award. It's 20,000 points. I chose that, and changed one of my sim's current traits to "Hopeless Romantic." Afterwards, you'll be able to click the option; "going steady" under the special social 'hopeless romantic" coloum! :D

If you are already going steady with him/her, then the problem might be that there are too many sims in your household. The game won't let you get married unless you have a slot open for said spouse.
