I have a problem. There is a quest in Shivering Isles, where you can get a Skinned Hound from a Orc. I cannot find him. Can someone please help me?

I have done this quest myself and trust me it's a waste of time my skinned hound died after one battle with a grummite but I can't completly remember where he is but I'm 100% sure hes in crucible. You'll see him with a dog so you can't miss him wait it just came to me I think he might be in the church in the catsle wall between crucible and bliss check there if hes not there then I'm not sure where he is sorry if it's not much help and if it is alot of help then no need to thank me
