im confused

I have the game of the year edition of oblivion that comes with knights of nine, shiv idles and the normal all in the same game, and I'm a 24 with full enchanted glass armor and have the umbra sword, so when do I get to go to the shiv isles? Also do I ever get a better sword or better light armor than glass? Also whats the best bow I can get????

1. You have to do a quest to go to shiv isles I think. Then a portal will be south.
2. I think so.
3. Idk, I usually enchant my own

1.you have to down load it from the second disc and in three days in the game it you will hear
About a rumour of a door in nibinay bay activate quest to know where to go.
2.there is no better sword/ I don't know
3.dedric bow you can even encant it.

I use heavy armor but the perfect madness armor is the best I can find so I would imagine that perfect amber armor would be the best. I don't know about the sword though maybe the perfect madness/amber claymore with an attack of 29 or long sword 27.

1. Download disk If you don't have the update then it will do it for you now.

2. If you have the vile lair add-on then there is a leveled dagger called everscar I think. It is my favorite because it so strong. The enchantment also lasts a while 52 hits I think.

3. I think the best bow is the one you get from doing the duchess's quest. It has random enchantments on it so each time you fire it has different effects, and if you have high luck it shots the better enchantments more often.
