You need to have the opponent in a Soul Crush to be able to use a Critical Finish. Once his soul gauge is flashing red, try to keep attacking without using long combos, once a piece of his armor breaks off, you must press the left bumper at just about the same time, performing a Critical Finish.

I am not sure how to correctly use a Guard Impact so instead I use Auto Impact A which allows me to perform one just by blocking. I tend to add the Impact heal and Impact Edge abilities as well so he may be damaged and you are healed a nice little amount. I have the same problem for a Just Impact so I use the Master Impact ability to make every Impact a Just Impact. This makes it so when you perform an Impact you may attack the opponent at almost the same time, but be very quick or it will only be an Impact with an attack coming after it.

If you are trying to add Auto Impact A, Impact heal, Impact Edge, and Master Impact... Don't even bother because you will need 360 Impact points, and there is no possible way I know of just yet.

Good Luck =)
