I find that going through story mode is the quickest way to earn cash. Unless you have got to a high level in Tower of Lost Souls, as you get a lot of money through replaying the higher levels (50+, I believe).

Through campaign. Keep on repeating the higher levels.

Depends on how good you r. Theres no quik way or easy way, just keep battling. I find story better, but if you're one of those quik-winning people, then maybe arcade wud work better.
